    I am at the other end of my modification and the bank is about to make their offer. Under water about $130,000 on $500k in mortgage. I am trying to figure out what the lender will take. What I should hold out for.

    Not really interested in working for the mortgage for the rest of my life, at 63.

    HI - DO YOU HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE WITH A BORROWER FILING A CLAIM WITH THE OCC AND THEN SENDING IT TO THE BANK AND THE BANK RESPONDING AND THEN THE OCC MAKING A RULING - I AM CURIOUS AS TO HOW MUCH AUTHORITY OR POWER THE OCC REALLY HAS.

    Does anyone know where/how to locate the percentage of loans (per county or state) that are FNMA or FHLMC?

    I'm curious to know where the biggest impact of their rental programs may be felt?

    I may be way off base but I'm not thinking it's going to be as big of an impact as the initial reactions indicate.
