CNBC was at it again, Diana Olick was outnumbered but she did warn people that continued foreclosures would put pressure on prices to keep them down. Also, she warned that interest rates were rising and the $8000 tax credit is going away on Nov. 30. We have a loooooong way to go before this market fully recovers!!!
