They now have set foreclosure date for sept. and I call in a panic to Freddie Mac and to Indy Mac (One West Bank)and they like dont give a crap! Telling me, when it is 10 days prior to sell date call'em and they will try to put it on hold. What kind of help is this? <br>All I want is a "fixed rate" and now I need it extended to a 35yr/40yr fixed and 4.5% interest, my situation is due to loss of law enforcment career (hurt on job) change of income, going thru workers comp. property loss (upside down in value), divorce, economy bottomed out, what else? need more because I do have more, my adult daughter almost lost her life, 12 days in coma, still going thru medical/custody hell over that situation...<br>why cant I get help? I have called and called and filled out hardship packets and done and done over and over because this is what I am suppose to do THE RIGHT THING, PAY MY DEBTS AND NOT RUN. I try to do what is morally right and AMERICAN and what do I see but a bunch of immorals in charge, what an example to the American people, no wonder our country is full of crooks and thiefs, they are learning from the higher ups I see....ALL I WANT IS TO DO WHAT IS RIGHT AND PAY THIS DEBT ON THIS HOUSE that is only worth $150,000. and I owe $248,000. yes, I owe it so help me out a little PLEASE???? GIVE ME AN AFFORDABLE FIXED RATE. All I asked for is to lower it 2-4 hundred dollars from what is...(including property taxes and etc...)
