		<description>I agree with the basic premise of the article. There&#039;s been caution all across the board. Even consumers who are still employed don&#039;t want to spend, and that means they don&#039;t want to take the risk of getting a new house and the accompanying mortgage. They&#039;re just not sure how long their jobs will last.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Until new industry is established in the U.S., consumers will continue to retreat from spending.</description>
