I think low interest rates are good, as is overall gov't help. I am upside down and hopefully home prices will stop declining and go up. But I do need help now, and am upside down on home. How much help will gov't program give me? This site http://www.needhelppayingbills.com mentions a limit, but I need more info, as if fed program won't help, I need other options. Thanks

Although a loan does not start out as income to the borrower, it becomes income to the borrower if the borrower is discharged of indebtedness.
