		<description>I would say you are optimistic. I see no end in sight to this feeding at the tax payer trough.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The probability of being able to borrow all of this pretty thin. I doubt that the borrowing will come easy, and certainly interest rates will and have been rising, which makes the cost even higher. Rest assured that eventually the dollar will be rejected and devalued, and no one will want to hold dollars and its status as a reserve currency will fail. You can&#039;t pump this much money into a system and expect the currency to hold up. Faith is beginning to wane and it wouldn&#039;t surprise me to see this sooner rather than later.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;We&#039;ve been lucky in the past in that we&#039;ve been able to export inflation, but even that is coming to an end. Unfortunately we&#039;ll all suffer here with a markedly lower standard of living.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;optimism vs. pragmatism</description>
