No mention of tighter underwriting guidelines, employment through the roof, still massive, massive excess of homes on the market.  2-4 million more homes to go into foreclosure over the next few years and lots more economic pain yet to come.  But,sure, why not.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;A great find by Con.  You know, I heard a lot about recoveries coming in the spring of this year.  Now it&#039;s the end of the year.  Give it six months and they&#039;ll have it out to the spring of &#039;10.  They&#039;ll still be wrong but at least they&#039;ll be headed in the right direction.</description>
