		<description>Con - Looks like you only had to hold your breath for a few hours.  Feel free to breathe now that the Fed has taken rates to zero.  Those people who just refied at 4.75% are going to wish they waited.  Luckily by going to zero there&#039;s not really a question of waiting.  Now it&#039;s just the lack of supply (in terms of qualified borrowers) that is going to kill us.</description>
