i might be moving out of my apartment soon. She's actually asking me to move out because a nephew is moving in. I'm not sure if this is legal.

This is interesting and may allow some renters to sleep better at nigh, knowing they won't be ruefully kicked to the curb upon formal foreclosure. Hopefully the landlords are keeping up the properties and not putting the renters who stay behind at unnecessary health hazards or risk to personal safety (unkempt premises, not habitable living spaces, no upkeep on maintenance etc.).
