		<description>The only problem with raising rates is that it will kill bank liquidity&lt;br&gt;which could cause systemic meltdowns of several of the largest banks in the&lt;br&gt;world - which obviously isn&#039;t good.  No one wants a banking panic on their&lt;br&gt;hands.  I think it&#039;s a catch 22 but some more hawkish statements about rate&lt;br&gt;policy moving forward from the Fed would be appreciated...</description>
