		<description>I never understood why they would have multiple wholesale  branches in the same states.      It does make you wonder if it is a winding down process or just a good old fashion good business decision. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I do know that the Trevose PA Countrywide branch recently hired additional underwriters.  So I take that as a sign of encouragement for their commitment to wholesale.</description>
