I'm a first time blogger and found your site very interesting.
I'm very disturbed about the mortgage disaster and the wallstreet bailout and the language I'm hearing from both political parties wanting to rewrite mortgages in forclosure both the interest rate and the loan value(principal). Someone who is not in forclosure I'm afraid this will greatly depreciate the value of my home. How will the value of my home ever recover? What are your thoughts?
