I went to a FNMA seminar last week. The low down is that the Feds will be creating an agency that will over see third party appraisals that will be mandatory after Jan 1, 2009. <br><br>The thing is, the agency has not been created yet and we have only 8 months to go.<br><br>Things just keep getting scarier and I don't give a s*** what the markets did today.
