		<description>They will lower the rate to 1% by the end of the year. The Amero is where things are headed. Lou Dobbs has been talking about it. It will replace the dollar just as the Euro did in Europe. Don&#039;t know exactly how it will play out, but my prediction is that it&#039;s coming.</description>

And the Fed Reserve has only about $960B in reserves, so they can&#039;t bail everyone out.  Then what??   The Fed is just about done on what they can do, now the Treasury, President and Congress have to do something.
