I hope they investigate real good. They refused my payment after they made arrangements with me. They took 1/2 payment and put in an account then refuse the next 4000. Then foreclosed on the house. They then said for a large amount down and an extra 2000. a month they would allow me to keep the house. Next came the call where the lady said I was a damn liar, and I did not make what I said I made. When I faxed the reciepts and my pay stubs. They told me it was gonna take way more than I could afford to pay. So I might as well move. I moved from the house and then they wanted to make arrangements. They had figured out by then that I had made the payments. Then they said they would take a short sale, told the realtor how much to list it for , 12 offers were made only one was under the the listing price they gave and then they refused and wanted the price raised.
they can not even hold to deals they make

They wont find anything, its already a mute subject. The real repercussions might just be that it gives BofA an out. Don’t see them continuing without the capital infusions that the big bank might donate. We’ll see.
