		<description>I think this bump in interest rates is a scare tactic to get people to lock-in a high rate.  The 30 yr bond prices are high which drives interest rates but the yeild is low.  The bond traders don&#039;t buy bonds at these prices to lose money.  The yield has to rise which means the interest rate has to fall.  Thats my story and I&#039;m sticking to it.</description>

		<description>well not so fast... FNMA 5.5% Bond is up over 100 bps in the past 2 days.. pricing will improve!! for us Brokers we will be back at 5.75%  or better today on a $200k plus loan so FLOAT IT!!!!</description>
