The prime servicing is great for cross selling. They haven't done very well in the commercial or reverse mortgage lending arenas, so there isn't as much damage done. As far as Subprime and Option Arm loans, they will cherry pick and take the good stuff and sell the bad stuff as a loss leader and earn the tax rightoff.
