Thank you, Another Chris in the industry. I completely agree and I can say I will do my best to follow your advice.

Further on the MortgageIT, I have had conversations via phone with MortgageIT employees, but they will not send me the email. Can't say that I blame them. There are current anonymous MortgageIT AE's on mortgageimplode's forum verifying this. Maybe one of them will email blownmortgage to back up all of this.

I feel bad for the MIT people. Their ops people and AE's loved it there. I was not there long enough to feel like one of the family. The people on the front lines really did give it their best, no matter what the outcome may be.

To Morgan and Co.,

I have been following BM for a while and consider it one of my top daily stops on the web. I do however feel that your credibility will be eroded when you step away from well reasoned discourses on the mortgage world/crisis and turn to regular rants and controversial opinion-making. It also doesn't help that you have contributors calling people "idiots." Lets stick to the facts guys, name calling and constant ranting is waaay below you all. I believe you are all good people with a dog in this fight and honest intentions to find ways to make things right.

Sincerely,
Another Chris in the industry.

Morgan - I am the person that emailed this to you, and to Chris. I was Chris's rep at Countrywide and MortgageIT. As for his personal opinion of me, I could really care less. I do want to clarify what is a MISREPRESENTATION by Chris, however. I did not leave MortgageIT on bad terms. I still talk with people that were/are there, including management. I simply saw that I had an opportunity to leave the wholesale world, and I took it. And it has turned out to be a great decision so far.

I am still trying to get some info from people that currently work there, i.e. a copy of the email from management. I can say that I have been on a couple of other websites that are posting this same info.
