The noise level has been increasing around a rumored shake-up at the top of the MortgageIT wholesale division. I’ve received several emails alleging that Division Vice Presidents have been let go and that a division closure would not be a surprise. Here’s an email that I received that claims to be an internal MortgageIT mail regarding the changes. THIS IS NOT CONFIRMED - IF YOU HAVE MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THIS, EITHER CONFIRMING OR REFUTING PLEASE SEND IT TO ME DIRECTLY VIA EMAIL.
“Effective immediately, Keith Bilodeau is appointed Head of Wholesale Production, and will assume direct reporting responsibility for all of our branch managers nationwide. ”
“As a result of this restructure, RJ Arnett, Sharon Bitz, Dennis Patchett, and Lee Moulton will all be exiting the company. We thank them for their hard work during their tenure at MortgageIT. “

I got this same email from a former Mortgae IT rep that left on bad terms. He was an idiot.
