BTW, during this entire subprime meltdown it has been challenging finding bleeding edge news sources on what's happening at the street level.

Now when I get up in the morning, I no longer go to traditional media for my mortgage and real estate news. I visit a series of blogs for the news, this being one of them. The bloggers sniff out the best stories from traditional media and then give us their analysis.

Organic growth usually stems from word of mouth viral marketing. I talk about your blog all the time; it's a great resource. Congrats!

Congrats!
I am not in the mortgage or r/e business - just an interested party and i enjoy your take on things - which is why I check in every day. No doubt the blog is hard work, but be assured, it is appreciated.

Congratulations Morgan. You will continue expand readership because you cover all the current and relevant mortgage issues, you speak the truth, and you provide solid logic. I read Blown Mortgage and pass the information along to my clients. I raise the mortgage rally monkey to you!

I look forward to your blog everyday. I enjoy everyone's different opinions. I spend a great deal of time researching everything I can about this mess and find your blog to be amongst the most interesting.

Its nice to know that while some of us may disagree on issues that we all care very much about the mortgage business and its effects on our great nation.
