I'm a Recruiter who has worked in this industry for 22 years, I'm no newbie who isn't aware of everything this industry has gone through in the last 22 years. I work for a mortgage lender, who happens to be hiring. And yes, we are doing decent volume, obviously not the volume of past years, but volume none the less. I simply attempted to make interested people aware of job opportunities. Where the hell do you come off blowing me out of the water??? Most people in this industry are trying to make the best of what's there now. It's really that simple. Don't blame me or anyone else who's trying their hardest to succeed for your discontent.
