		<description>Although some jobs will be lost, overall I think Merrill will be able to bounce back from this difficult quarter. Most firms have now learned that the terms in the subprime mortgages were a bad idea (although in my opinion they should have known that in the first place). Plus, the experience of the Board at Merrill  http://www.newsvisual.com/newsvisual/2007/10/experience-on-m.html shows that they have the capability to turn the company around by next quarter.</description>
