Person in the know, a bonus like that should buy Rod a lot of chapstick. He knows how to pucker up. o.k…. that was bad but, oh, so true. I know I am indulging along with everyone else because I guess I am bitter over the turn of events. Howeer, think of how Nina feels… I worked for her for 5 CHALLENGING years she must be beating herself if not her husband, poor guy. He desrves respect from his wife! Gordon actually made Nina belief she could be honest and run a company. Gordon is the greatest salesman of our time that is for sure. He found the right patsy for his retirment plan. Nina, should be able to retire too, but she probably blew it all in cars and the houses someone else said she bought from the REO inventory. hey! why was I not able to buy an REO? Who do you have to sleep with to get that perk?

Someone mentioned the people who have stayed behind (there are more than 2) to close up the company. Did you know that they are each receiving a $250K bonus once this task is completed? Also, the quote for their salaries is about half of what they really were, I have the whole list.

No surprise, I wonder what she was really paying them to do? Jaqui, do you remember that time we were in Nina’s office and she bragued about how she did not cook or cleaned toilets? She said her husband knew his place and proceeded to call him on the speaker phone and told him she wanted a starbucks…he said “o.k. I’ll be there in a few minutes”. That was just to show us that all she had to do was call and he would drive from Dana Point to Lake Forest just to bring her a cup of coffee. It was so sad, her husband is such a nice man, alwayd drove her to work and carried her bags and coffee while walking behind her. We all loved him, but felt sorry for him.

This seems like an epicdemic nationwide. That’s all I got to say…. Kissing the bottoms of ……. management! Going above and beyond the call of duty to get loans approved!!! This would mean the medal of honor???? (sarcasm) Not really!!!!! Just a bullet in the butt for the little soldiers trying to do their job with honesty and integrity for less of a salary. It is stange that the regular Joe had to fight with management to have integrity. Is that wild? It is not only the names that are mentioned in the blog as far as mangement is concerned. I think all of them March to the “SAME DRUM”.

Did Rod and Eric really get paid that much to kiss a bottom the size of Brazil? I did not think much of them; they only inspired distrust along with the new chief credit officer. But what do you expect from ex-ameriquest employees and Nina. Gilbert!! That’s going way above and beyond the call of duty just to insure your loans get approved. Eric (Director of Broker Relations) and Rod (MIS Director) appear to be the only ones left playing pat-a-cake, I mean, working at the Lake Forest office four weeks after the closure. I’m sure these inept characters will be milking their over-paid 130k salaries (bonuses not included) as long as possible.
