P.S.  I just finished reading on another blog a comparison of the various sources to obtain a loan that was written by a supposed &quot;expert&quot; in the field.  

I found a number of inaccuracies that went unchallenged by other posters who are also in the mortgage business.  And people want to blame the consumer for not understanding how this all works?</description>
