		<description>Russ - Great point.  I think that the &quot;investors&quot; like Casey Serin of www.iamfacingforeclosure.com still have to shake out of this market.  Their investments after attending a &quot;get rich quick&quot; seminar on home flipping are what made up a large portion of the Alt-A market.  Their in ability to sell and afford these investments is what will drag down companies like AHM.  Thanks for the comment.</description>

		<description>Definitely not contained.  However, my theory is that we are going to see a lot more of this with the pass through lenders like AHM who were making a lot of loans to specuvestors.  These are amateur investors who can no longer cover negative rents and can&#039;t get their properties flipped.  There aren&#039;t too many greater fools left and what we are seeing is the last ones holding the bags are about the drop them.</description>
