Susan – I agree with your sentiments. It is a sad day when someone can be silenced just because our legal system has evolved in such a way that it costs thousands of dollars just to protect the freedoms that are inherent in our citizenship.

This is devastating to the first amendment of the Constitution. We might as well be communist if our rights to free speech are stifled. The only companies that are worried about blogs are those that cheat, scam and steal from people (in many different ways and forms). Those that are legitimate and have honor and integrity do not worry.

Finally. All of the big builders who have been scamming buyers; the mortgage and title companies, realtors etc. who have been involved in this get rich scheme and screw the people is coming to light. – and they don’t want anyone to know about it. Wah. too bad.

I thought that judges and courts were supposed to uphold the Constitution of the United States, they aren’t supposed to rewrite and/or write law.

Just get your server through a different country like that horrible pervert who blogs about where to watch little children… Apparently they can’t do anything about him but you can’t express your view on a site that you have to intentionally go to???… Hilarious! this judge should be kicked out of the courts. The truth hurts and people made this housing bubble happen because they got greedy…

Unfortunately I am sure that there are people who feel that way with just about every mortgage company on the planet. (mine included) I am not in any way defending LCC because obviously I disagree with their business tactics i.e. this lawsuit, but I must say that some companies are victims of their own staff. There are just some folks out there who work for companies who are just bad people. They put people in bad loans. While unfortunate, it doesn’t mean that the culture of the company or their standard business practice was in any way represented by your experience.

Of course you are entitled to that opinion and your opinion may very well be correct, but I did want to just highlight the above.

My personal experience and knowledge allows me to have the opinion that the Loan center of California is run by con-artists and can not be trusted with money. If yiouy have ever seen the Sopranos, you have seen the “Loan Center of California” problems with honesty.

My opinion, The Loan Center of California are slime. I have a friend that was ripped off by them by over $137,000 do to faulty loan documentation. I don’t trust them and in my opinion they are sneaky liars. I will tell everyone I know that they cheat their customers.
