		<description>Tike - thanks for the additional detail.  I know that the specialty lending group is running a 35 bps special on full-doc 30 yr loans; probably as a way to smooth out the transition.  It will be interesting to see how people take to the 5-year with the extra year prepay tacked on there. While the 5-year part sounds good I know some people are definitely uncomfortable with a 3-year PPP; especially subprime folks used to the 2-year PPP timeframe.</description>
