To all the readers of Blown Mortgage – I am grateful that you continue to read and participate in this blog. I am alas just one writer and find myself wanting to write on subjects that I am not overly strong in. I am looking for some collaborators or guest-posters who may be willing to offer up a post or two (or many, many more!) on the following subjects:
- foreclosure proceedings
- loss mitigation
- loan servicing
- credit repair issues
- mortgage fraud
If any of these subjects are your specialty and you’d be willing to share some of your knowledge with the rest of us please email me with a post idea. If it sounds like a winner (and it probably will) then we’ll green light it for submission to the blog. I of course will maintain full editorial control of what appears on here (in the interests of the readers and honest/accurate reporting) but I would love to have some expert contributions on the above subjects.
I know from the comments and emails that I receive that Blown Mortgage has a high intellectual-capital quotient and I would be honored if any one wants to contribute where my nascent knowledge lacks. Thanks again for reading!
