That is a great recommendation.  Getting the estimated HUD is an extremely important part of the process to ensure that everything matches from start to finish. I&#039;ve bolded it above and when I revise this document I&#039;ll look to make that its own step.

If the client doesn&#039;t do that, then they won&#039;t know that their GFE doesn&#039;t match up until they are at their signing.
