I don't like to get in to he said, she said arguments with people; but I will say that I know many people (probably close to 20) that were at secured for long periods of times - for some 5 or more years. They were the ones that told me these things - I didn't get them from the article.

I will also say that the Better Business Bureau rating for Secured along with the 155 total complaints seems to be record enough of customer satisfaction with the firm. YOu can view the record here: http://www.labbb.org/BBBWeb/Forms/Business/CompanyReportPage_Expository.aspx?CompanyID=13062009

It's not easy to get an "F" with the BBB.

You have talked to the wrong people about this company. No one talked about the people paying off $90,000 in credit cards and saving $2,000 per month. No one talked about the $200,000 in cash to do a complete remodel when no one else would do a loan. People just want the dirt. So the fees were high, no one else would do the loan, everything was on the documents. The guys you quoted are all tools. They were at the company for a year or less. You need to get your facts straight.
