Her pasion is seen in her writing and her professionalism shines through in this podcast. Some great points made in this interview: 1- Subprime loans are band-aid loans: the borrower needs to work at improving their financial situation 2- Originators should not do loans that don't improve the borrower's situation and demonstrate a material benefit. 3- Get three referrals before selecting an originator.
