In this edition of the Blown Mortgage Podcast series we talk with Tony Gallegos of the Mortgage Cicerone.
Tony was nice enough to share his insights on FHA lending and the pending FHA reform bills that may revive FHA lending as an alternative for subprime borrowers. With over 20 years of industry experience Tony brings a long-term perspective to our industry that is missing with people who have only worked in mortgages over the last few years. His insights and perspective are extremely valuable to both the new originator and the long time members of our industry who have let their FHA skills slip a little.
Thank you Tony for joining us and be sure to visit him on his Mortgage Cicerone blog!
