Talk about bizarro. My brother-in-law and fiancee were down in Laguna over Earth Day and saw a ton of news vans around the town and the Montage. All in relation to the shooting of two guests of the Ultra-Resort by police.
Turns out the two were husband and wife. The husband was a, wait for it, California mortgage broker and his wife was an agent at the firm.
The story is bizarre and Inman News has a good post on it by Greg Carter with links to all of the appropriate story elements.
