Our latest edition of Insider Info for consumers went out on Tuesday. For those of you not on our list you can view it here. It covers the topic of home values in a changing market. Obviously the game of knowing what your home is worth has become more challenging with the recent events in the market. Here in Orange County it seems our home value changes with each neighbor that sells, since their sales price becomes a comparable sale that is used to value our home.
