Orange County home sales tumble

by Morgan on April 13, 2007

From the OC Register Real Estate blog:

The breadth of Orange County’s housing slump can be seen within the monthly study of pricing and sales patterns by ZIP code. In March, only 13 of 83 O.C. ZIPs (16%) showed any growth in sales vs. March 2006. Overall March sales fell 25.5% vs. March ‘06. As for pricing, only 28 of 82 ZIPs (34%) had higher sales prices on deals for all types of residences closed in March vs. the year-ago period.
