My friends, their are currently four or five major investigations of this activitity and the lenders/agents/brokers etc invloved. It is conservatively estimated that 80%, yes you read that correct, 80% of the real estate transactions over the last 5 yrs invloved fraud, price "inflation" and kick backs up and down the line. Noone can trust the comps for valuations on any home sold in the last 5 yrs.
