Orange County home sales lowest in decade

From the Lanser on Real Estate blog at the OC Register:

Well, local homebuilders haven’t had much to celebrate. In the year ended in February, O.C. new homes sales counted by DataQuick totaled 4,982 â?? the slowest 12-month period since February 1994. The past year, ended in February, ran 30 percent below the average O.C. new-home selling pace since 1988.

So much for the spring selling season…
