The real estate market could do with a hell of a lot more exposure and truth-telling than sales-pumping, but we can see from your post that this will likely continue from those (realtors) who have the most to lose.  I, for one, am grateful your insight and for what you have written.

I think it&#039;s important to note that this is not an isolated example of a realtor &quot;failing to get it&quot;.  This belief system is wrong and more rampant than many believe. 

Just review the comments from the CAR and the NAR in the past several weeks.    

Thousands of Americans are going to be knee-deep in financial difficulty due to their own personal poor judgement and financial illiteracy.  But somebody really should call out these so-called professional organizations on their assertions.  They have been effectively cheerleading the market all the way to disaster.  And worst of all, they are not stopping.  They know that what they are doing is self-serving and wrong.
