SueNewCentury.com is interested in hearing from correspondent lenders that are currently seeking or are interested in seeking legal remedies in an effort to recoup loss incurred due to the collapse of New Century Financial.
SueNewCentury.com is building an interest list of New Century correspondents and brokers who funded loans that are now unsellable, or need to be/were sold at a deep discount due to New Century issuing clear to close confirmations prior to the cessation of its funding ability.
The site is also dedicated to helping existing New Century home loan customers get information about their current mortgage and the future of their mortgage holder.
